JLK Business Consulting was founded as a private corporation in 2015. Since 2008, the firm operated as a sole proprietorship but was converted to a private corporation to better shield the owner against liability. JLK understands the value of entrepreneurial growth and offers a variety of courses for small business owners interested in developing their management abilities and gaining a deeper grasp of the business environment in which they operate.
